The Learning Agreement



Students should be 18 years of age with a good command of English. No previous qualifications are required only an interest in the subject and a desire to work in a holistic way. Full details about our courses are available online or in our prospectus so students should be sure they wish to study the study programme and have study time available. (around one or two hours every fortnight). Courses should be completed with one year but if you have more time you can elect to fast track to six months.

Students are responsible for postal charges and keeping copies of their homework. Please note the school is not responsible for any lost homework sent by post or email.

ENROLLMENT AND FEES

Enrollment can be made via the internet and payment made in full with a credit card. Alternatively you can enroll by post and pay with either one or two (equal payments) by cheque or postal orders. Second payments made by cheque or postal order after one year will be charged at the current rate.

Fees are held for the period of one year from enrollment and any coursework sent in after this time will be charged an additional fee of £25.00 for each year in order to meet additional tutoring and administration charges.

Please allow up to one week to receive your course notes via email.
Please allow up to two week to receive your course notes on CD Rom
Please allow up to 30 days to receive your course notes in Workbooks (UK only) Materials are posted by first class post or airmail post only.


OUR RETURN POLICY

In order to protect the copyright of our course material refunds are made entirely at the discretion of the school. As email and CD courses are so easily copied electronically we regret that email and CD courses cannot be returned but you may still be able to change to another course of similar or greater value by special arrangement.

Students should contact the school if there is a problem with their course notes within 14 days of receipt during which time you can elect to change to another course. An administration charge of £35 will be made for cancellation of any course in addition a £25 charge will be made per workbook returned to cover printing costs and postage and packing. (We have notes printed and bound into workbooks to order and we pay in advance.)

Should you decide to change to another course you can do this free of charge but will be asked to pay for any difference in fees and extra administrative costs ( and p&p if applicable)

PLEASE NOTE OUR FEES ARE VALID FOR ONE YEAR FROM ENROLMENT
If you send in your first set of homework after one year you will be charged extra for increase in tutoring fees at the rate of £25.00 per year. (This only takes effect after one year from your enrolment).

We reserve the right to withdraw a course at any time.
